RAJMEDICON 2026 - IMA Bhiwadi Conference

Agreement to Terms

By registering for RAJMEDICON 2026, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before completing your registration.

Registration Terms

  • All registrations are subject to verification and approval by the organizing committee
  • Registration fees must be paid in full to confirm your participation
  • IMA membership verification may be required for member category registrations
  • Accompanying delegates must be registered along with the primary delegate
  • Spot registrations are subject to availability and higher fees

Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made through approved payment methods (Bank Transfer, UPI, QR Code, or Cash)
  • Payment confirmation (screenshot or transaction ID) must be submitted with registration
  • Registration fees are inclusive of all applicable taxes
  • Early bird discounts are valid only until November 30, 2025
  • Payment once made is non-refundable except as specified in the cancellation policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made before December 15, 2025: 80% refund
  • Cancellations made between December 15-31, 2025: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made after January 1, 2026: No refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 working days of cancellation request
  • Name changes are permitted with written request before January 5, 2026

Conference Attendance

  • Delegates must present valid photo ID at registration desk
  • Conference badges must be worn at all times during the event
  • Certificates will be issued only to delegates with minimum 80% attendance
  • Delegates are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the conference

Liability & Force Majeure

IMA Bhiwadi is not responsible for:

  • Personal belongings or valuables of delegates
  • Medical emergencies or health issues during the conference
  • Travel delays or cancellations
  • Conference postponement or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or government directives

Photography & Recording

By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by IMA Bhiwadi and IMA Rajasthan State.

Changes to Terms

IMA Bhiwadi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
